Food at Camp
We serve all meals family-style in our dining hall. We strive to serve kid-friendly nutritious food, as well as adult options at every meal. In addition to the main course, we have an “options” area featuring breakfast bars, salad bars at lunch and dinner, and a pasta bar at dinner. Even the pickiest eaters will find something they like.
Breakfast and Breakfast Bar
We have a breakfast bar every morning with cereal, milk, juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese. This is in addition to our hot items being served at the table such as scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, and bacon.
Lunch
Lunch includes items like grilled chicken sandwiches, make your own tacos, and baked chicken tenders with sweet potato fries.
Salad Bar
Every lunch and dinner we have a salad bar. Our salad bar has enough items and variety to make a meal. Items on our salad bar include:
Mixed Greens
Spinach
Tomatoes
Red & Green Peppers
Edamame
Onions
Quinoa
Tofu
Carrots
Garbanzo Beans
Celery
Three-Bean Salad
Sliced Grilled Chicken Breast
Broccoli
Black Olives
Onion
Hummus
Pita Bread
Cheddar, Feta & Mozzarella Cheese
Variety of Salad Dressings
Dinner with Pasta Bar
Dinner meals include items like baked Italian chicken with herb-roasted potatoes and corn on the cob, chicken, steak or veggie fajitas with rice, beans, salsa, and guacamole, and vegetable or meat lasagna with steamed broccoli. In addition to our meal being served, we offer both a salad and pasta bar. On the pasta bar, the sauce and pasta are always separate, just like our kids prefer.
Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions at camp. Vegetarian options are severed at every meal. Our camp is peanut and tree-nut aware, meaning our kitchen does not serve anything contains or may contain peanuts or tree nuts. Let us know on your application if you or someone in your family has food allergies or intolerances and we will work with you to come up with the best plan. We provide gluten-free options at all meals as well as dairy-free milk.
